The IT Business Analyst partners with business and technology teams to deliver, support, and enhance enterprise solutions across Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH), Inventory, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role serves as a functional expert supporting digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems to ensure scalability, integration, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Oracle PDH to meet business requirements.
  • Manage Item Templates, Item Classes, and Extensible Flexfields (EFFs).
  • Ensure consistent and accurate product data governance.
New Item Request (NIR) & Workflow Management
  • Design, implement, and maintain NIR workflows and approval processes.
  • Streamline product data creation and lifecycle management.
SCM & Inventory Functional Support
  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Inventory and SCM modules.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) components.
  • Act as the primary functional contact for data integrity, security, and confidentiality across MDM and S2P modules.
  • Support and monitor integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Project & Initiative Support
  • Participate in system upgrades, new implementations, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Support business integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
Solution Design & Business Analysis
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Focus on improving process efficiency and system usability.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Proven experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and mapping business processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
Documentation & Testing
  • Ability to document system functionality, develop test plans, and create training and procedural materials.
  • Experience supporting functional and user acceptance testing.
Problem Solving & Communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
