Data Visualization Engineer

The Data Visualization Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality data visualizations and dashboards. This role transforms raw data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful visual insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities with creative visual storytelling and technical expertise.

• Design, build, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using data sets from various internal and external sources.
• Apply visual, technical, and editorial expertise to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability of visual content.
• Work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand visualization needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure dashboards follow best practices for UX, layout, and visual design.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, refreshes, and performance.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance visualization standards, processes, and tool usage.

• 1–3 years of experience in data visualization, dashboard development, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and basic analytical concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, intuitive visual representations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in visual and technical work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
