ServiceNow developer

As A Service Now Developer you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the Service Now implementation. Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on process development and improvement, request fulfillment, and automated workflows.

• Will work under the engineering team as dedicated SN resource to do all the work needed in dev environment
• Become familiar with the current Service Now instance and functionality
• Collaborate closely with teams to gather requirements to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation, and support.
• Design, develop, install, and troubleshoot Service Now applications
• Provide strong project and task management skills and collaborate well with other Service Now engineers
• Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain minimal custom workflows. Orchestrate and automate tasks where possible.
