Talent Recruiting Professionals is seeking a highly technical Product Manager for an established technology company to lead and scale a B2B SaaS platform operating at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and real-world operations.
This is not a feature-factory or purely strategic roadmap role. We are looking for a product leader who is comfortable in architecture discussions, understands modern cloud environments, and can guide engineering teams through complex technical tradeoffs while driving business outcomes.
You Will:- Own product vision and roadmap for a revenue-generating SaaS platform
- Lead a small product team (4–6) with strong execution discipline
- Partner closely with engineering leadership on architecture and scalability
- Drive backlog prioritization and Agile delivery cadence
- Translate customer workflows into technically sound solutions
- Improve delivery predictability, velocity, and platform health
This role requires hands‑on leadership. You should be comfortable reviewing technical approaches, understanding system constraints, and making informed prioritization decisions based on architecture realities.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years in SaaS product management, engineering, or product leadership
- 2+ years leading product teams
- Strong technical foundation: comfortable discussing APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, system integrations, and performance tradeoffs
- Experience working closely with engineering in modern cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, etc.)
- Proven ability to scale B2B SaaS products through growth stages
- Strong execution discipline within Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Background in software engineering or technical roles prior to product
- Experience with IoT, edge computing, industrial or operational software
- Experience improving product development velocity and platform reliability
- Candidates seeking a purely strategic or vision-only product role
- PMs without technical depth or architecture fluency
- High ownership and direct impact

This is hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in Birmingham, Alabama
