Position SummaryProvide outstanding customer service for the manufacturer of custom labels and tags. This will include estimating, order entry, issue resolution, production coordination, and special requests. There will extensive interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders to coordinate printing of materials.
Duties & Responsibilities- Attend to all details associated with the production and delivery of MSTL products to its customers.
- Make it easy for customers to do business with MSTL.
- Project positive and professional behavior/attitude in all areas to all internal and external customers.
- Display the appropriate sense of urgency about the task at hand.
- Communicate extensively, in a timely manner, with customers and all MSTL personnel.
- Document appropriate actions and activities related to both internal and external customers.
- Further continuous improvement of MSTL processes and products.
- Exhibit professional and personal integrity to customers and MSTL employees.
- Coordinate production scheduling of all special projects and responsibilities.
- Develop technical/graphic knowledge and talents for the benefit of MSTL and its customers.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Additional tasks/duties/special projects may be assigned, as necessary.
- Conduct all activities and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety, and applicable laws.

- College Degree Preferred (or Experience in Lieu of)
- Work experience in customer service, account management or sales position preferred.
Appropriate math skills, spreadsheet programs, word documents, and print production software for order processing. Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties concurrently. Ability to prioritize as needed. Word, Excel, and other fundamental software programs are essential. Graphic programs like adobe illustrator a plus.
Language SkillsAbility to read, write, and communicate the English language for the successful execution of these job tasks. Overall excellent communication skills required.
