Job Summary
:
4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to support business decision-making through data analysis. The role involves managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets while collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities
:

• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources

• Maintain and manage databases and data systems

• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators

• Identify and correct coding issues and data inconsistencies

• Analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets

• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results

• Generate ongoing reports and dashboards to support business needs

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or related field

• Experience working with structured data sources and databases

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience interpreting complex datasets

• Ability to present findings clearly and effectively

• Experience with statistical analysis techniques

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)

• Familiarity with database management concepts

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
