Summary
In Information Technology Clinical at Main Campus Park Place North. Work schedule will be Full‑time on the Day Shift, Epic Ambulatory Analyst.
The Epic Clinical Analyst will serve as an intermediate level functional expert and be responsible for the workflow configurations, support, and any ongoing build efforts including upgrades, and modifications for EPIC and other applications required by the healthcare system. This position will also be responsible for specific aspects of assigned projects, will research system problems, refer problems as required to vendors, assist in training users on assigned software and will work with various departments to ensure satisfaction with their systems.
The Epic Clinical Analyst provides outstanding customer service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care and ensure revenue integrity.
- Epic certification within 6 months of hire, if applicable
- Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical area, computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Provide excellence in customer service under all circumstances.
