We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager, Payments to lead high-impact electronic payments conversions and product launches. In this role, you’ll own complex credit card and ACH implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live — ensuring flawless configurations, seamless customer experiences, and on‑time delivery.
You won’t just “manage projects.” You’ll be the connective tissue between Payments, Boarding & Applications, Software Implementation, Credit, and Risk — ensuring every launch is smooth, compliant, and exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end credit card and ACH implementation projects for software customers
- Drive accelerated product conversions and successful go-lives
- Ensure error-free payments configurations that meet processor, card brand, compliance, and integration requirements
- Proactively identify and mitigate processing risk
- Partner cross-functionally to meet and exceed launch commitments
- Manage escalations with confidence, empathy, and urgency
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and customers
- Analyze KPIs to continuously improve processes and performance
- Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Daxko Payments products and services
- You consistently outperform KPIs and take ownership of results
- You can translate complex payments concepts into clear, actionable communication
- You build strong relationships across teams and with customers
- You think critically and solve problems proactively
- You stay organized and focused in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting it right the first time
- You approach escalations with calm professionalism and customer empathy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of experience in credit card / ACH processing and/or fintech
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience managing complex financial implementations and customer escalations
- PMP certification
- Experience with Fiserv Merchant Services or similar processing platforms

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $53,500 – $99,100 per year.
