Software Systems Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Software Systems Analyst to automate repeatable tasks in the Services Parts Warehouse through system coding and programming. The warehouse is responsible for shipping services and replacement parts globally, ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Automate repeatable tasks within the warehouse environment through effective system coding and programming.
Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP ERP to enhance warehouse operations.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency.
Create and maintain reports using tools such as SQL and Power BI.
Engage in digitalization and automation projects to modernize warehouse processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP ERP.
Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, C#, Visual Basic, and SQL.
Experience in report creation and data analysis using Power BI.
Ability to develop and code systems to support warehouse operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates with co-op or internship experience in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 5-7 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Experience in digitalization and automation initiatives is advantageous.

The role is based in the Services Parts Warehouse, where you will work with advanced technologies to support the global distribution of parts. The environment is dynamic and requires a commitment to precision and efficiency.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
