About the Role:We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts for its enterprise Digital Transformation Program. This role is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for overseeing automated testing across multiple Oracle Fusion applications while managing a team of four QA Analysts
The QA Manager will work closely with the CIO, IT leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring testing quality, execution discipline, and automation maturity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of four QA Analysts (2 senior consultants and 2 junior resources)
- Maintain a 50/50 balance between people leadership and hands‑on testing/automation
- Own and execute test strategy, test plans, test scripts, and test execution
- Drive an automation‑first testing approach; manual testing only when necessary
- Ensure all test scripts are automated where possible using enterprise testing tools
- Maintain requirement traceability, ensuring testing aligns to business and technical requirements
- Define pass/fail criteria and ensure testing coverage is accurate and complete
- Use Jira to manage defects, test execution, and reporting
- Track and report QA KPIs, metrics, and testing progress
- Approve team timesheets and manage invoice coding
- Interface directly with executives, IT leadership, and program stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of QA experience in enterprise or large‑scale environments
- Strong QA mindset with attention to quality, coverage, and execution
- Hands‑on experience creating and executing Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts
- Experience with test automation tools
- Experience with Oracle application testing, including Oracle Fusion modules
- Strong understanding of requirement traceability
- Experience with Jira for defect and test management
- Ability to lead testing in complex, fast‑paced transformation programs
- Application / Domain Experience (any combination accepted):
- Oracle Fusion Modules
- Supply Chain Management
- Finance
- Field Service HCM (Workday experience acceptable)
- Salesforce experience acceptable
- Experience with Opkey
- QA or testing certifications
- Strong corporate presence
- Comfortable interfacing with executives and senior leadership
- Positive attitude with a focus on team success and delivery
