Cloud Systems Administrator

Overview

The Cloud Systems Administrator supports the administration, governance, and day-to-day operation of McLeod Software’s public cloud technology stacks. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early – mid in their cloud career who is eager to grow hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure while contributing to the cloud environment while helping ensure our environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

• Configure, administer, and support Microsoft Azure and cloud environments
• Assist with hybrid identity management (Active Directory / Entra ) and access control
• Support Intune MDM for secure access across company-owned and BYOD devices
• Design, implement, and maintain Azure services, networking, and security solutions
• Help migrate on-prem and private cloud workloads to Azure
• Troubleshoot cloud connectivity, performance, and security issues
• Automate processes using Azure CLI, Power Shell, and Azure Automation
• Implement monitoring, cost management, and system lifecycle practices
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and knowledge base content
• Collaborate with development teams, management, and third-party vendors

• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud and/or Microsoft 365 administration
• 3+ years of experience as a full-time IT professional
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra , and identity lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Intune, Azure networking, and cloud security concepts
