Implementation Project Manager

Overview

• Own the end-to-end coordination and delivery of customer sales orders—from kickoff through completion.
• You’ll partner closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to drive efficient processes, deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure requirements are met on time and to spec.

• Own project records:
  Manage all project and sales documentation in Salesforce, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records from initiation through go-live.
• Partner with Sales:
  Collaborate to understand customer needs and translate them into clear implementation plans.
• Be the liaison:
  Serve as the primary point of contact across departments involved in order fulfillment and implementation.
• Communicate proactively:
  Provide regular customer updates and address questions, risks, and issues promptly.
• Coordinate service delivery:
  Orchestrate implementations for VoIP, circuits, connectivity, internet, and related solutions.
• Produce project artifacts:
  Create and update network designs, location diagrams, multi-site connections, and Visio drawings.
• Lead touchpoints:
  Facilitate customer and internal meetings/calls for complex implementations and escalations.
• Stay market-aware:
  Track industry trends and competitors to ensure offerings align with customer expectations.
• Unblock stalled work:
  Identify stalled orders, elevate appropriately, and drive resolution.
• Own outcomes:
  Take full ownership of customer projects to ensure high-quality delivery and successful results.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3‑5 years in a fast‑paced service delivery environment (telecom or data industries preferred).
• Solid understanding of telecommunications and VoIP services.
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, prioritization, and multi‑project management skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and sound decision‑making.

• Relevant industry experience in telecommunications or data services.
• Additional experience in project management or provisioning.
