Job title: IT Admin / Field Service Technician

Location: COOSA PINES, AL

Duration: Long term contract, currently 3 days onsite, trying to get approval for full-time (8-5 or 7-4)

The IT Admin – FST provides Tier 1 and 2 support for the corporate network, including manufacturing, converting, and distribution facilities, and local PCN-OT environment support s high visibility role ensures end-user satisfaction and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.

Must-Haves:

• 2 years of work experience as an IT Admin or Field Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of IT networking concepts.
• Experience in Active Directory Management, MS Server environment, system monitoring, and common operating systems (Windows, VMware, Linux).
• Must be okay with manufacturing environment / mill ; on the floor

Plus: Experience in a manufacturing / mill environment

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
