• $80,000 – $85,000

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM using forms, views, business rules, workflows, and SQL queries.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, security roles, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot, train users, and document CRM configurations.
• Translate business needs into workflow automations without custom coding.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance CRM usability and adoption.

• Strong SQL skills for queries, validation, and data updates.
• 3+ years of experience of Dynamics CRM administration or configuration
• Comfort working with demanding stakeholders under pressure.
