- Track and resolve inbound IT incidents related to Windows and networking.
- Provide Level 1 support, troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
- Monitor and support critical systems, including SCADA and monitoring applications.
- Communicate incidents and outages to stakeholders and document cases following compliance procedures.
- Assist with compliance, change, and process management.
- IT helpdesk & incident management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting & networking basics.
- Experience monitoring critical systems (e.g., SCADA).
