• Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, managing user permissions, data governance, and integrations
• Architect Smartsheet work spaces and develop automated workflows for project management
• Produce detailed executive-ready client reports based on qualitative insights and client feedback
• Define operating standards for data quality and run training sessions for team members
• Maintain a library of client case studies and manage version control for reporting documents

• Proven experience with Gainsight administration and Smartsheet solution design
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable narratives
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or operations management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reports
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM integrations and data management
• Familiarity with project portfolio management methodologies
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a technology or services company
• Knowledge of financial metrics such as ARR and churn definitions
