Salary: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00
Responsibilities- Receive and manage IT incidents via phone, email, and web portal.
- Provide frontline support 24x7x365.
- Operate shifts of 8 or 12 hours, rotating between night and day shifts.
- Utilize Windows operating systems and be familiar with UNIX/AIX.
- IT help desk or technical support experience.
- Mid‑Senior level experience.
- Full‑time employment commitment.
- Information Technology background with knowledge of IT services and consulting.
