Job Title: Technical Support
Location: Birmingham, AL 35203
We are looking for a local independent consultant to provide onsite technical support for SCADA and ancillary systems.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day monitoring of primary SCADA and ancillary systems for health and availability.
- Serve as a single point of contact call center for inbound IT incidents.
- Log all incidents into a ticketing system and resolve at Level 1 or escalated until resolution.
- Handle inbound requests via phone, email, and web forms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely.
- Prior Help Desk or IT support experience preferred.
- Experience with SCADA troubleshooting or related industrial systems is a plus.
