EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting practice that assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. We provide expertise in leading practices, methods and resources using Oracle and Zuora applications and technology, and advise clients on architecting and implementing the business processes and cloud technologies required to optimize their operations.

• Lead systems implementation as a project manager, managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating alignment across business and technical teams.
• Lead and coach cross‑level consultants, ensuring high‑quality delivery of processes, solutions and projects.
• Collaborate with client resources in finance, IT, customer operations and other enterprise functions to gather requirements, design, test, deploy and support SaaS solutions using Oracle and Zuora.
• Engage in pursuits, developing client proposals, solution architecture and long‑term relationships.
• Maintain billable utilization across client engagements, managing projects and leading pursuit teams.

• Strong project management and complex solution‑architecture foundation, with emphasis on Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute SaaS implementations and manage full‑life‑cycle projects.
• Experience working with finance and technology senior, middle management and end‑user stakeholders.
• Capacity to build and nurture long‑term relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong judgment in selecting methods and delivering projects, understanding technology lifecycle and business architecture frameworks.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology landscapes and shifting client priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of project management in a system implementation role.
• At least 3 years of solution‑architecture experience with SaaS solutions in the Quote‑to‑Revenue process area.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and work streams.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle People Soft, Net Suite, Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• 5+ full‑life‑cycle implementations involving Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
• 2+ full‑life‑cycle ERP package implementations including order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report and procure‑to‑pay.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with full‑life‑cycle sales processes, creating pursuit strategies and responding to RFPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client need.
• Prior consulting experience.

• MBA or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, Net Suite, or Zuora.
• Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Exposure to CRM and CPQ systems and processes, and integration with downstream Billing and Revenue Accounting.
• Experience supporting systems work for mergers, acquisitions or divestitures.
• Experience working with clients to create Statements of Work (SOW).
