Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a SaaS company that helps professional services firms manage documents, emails, and workflows. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through integrated, data‑driven marketing campaigns. The role is ideal for a hands‑on growth marketer who thrives in SaaS, enjoys experimenting across channels, and partners closely with Sales to turn demand into revenue.

• Own and execute integrated growth campaigns across webinars, email, paid ads, content, referrals, and events
• Partner with Sales to drive qualified leads, opportunities, and revenue
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead nurture flows, and marketing automation (Hub Spot)
• Manage paid channels (Linked In, Google, Meta) with a strong focus on ROI
• Use data and analytics to test, learn, and continuously improve performance
• Report on growth metrics and campaign results to leadership
• Support partner and referral marketing initiatives
• Travel occasionally for conferences and in‑person events

• 3+ years of growth or demand marketing experience (SaaS preferred)
• Strong experience with Hub Spot, paid media, and analytics
• Comfortable building campaigns end‑to‑end and working cross‑functionally
• Data‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once

• Partner or channel marketing experience
• Familiarity with accounting, engineering, or professional services firms
