- Assists with HPAL/DPAL software updates and integration
- Assists with Ryan White Part B and HPAL/DPAL reporting process
- Assists with APiC University training review and updates
- Assists with content development for APiC University
- Supports Ryan White Team and providers with shared eligibility software system
- Assists software end-users with troubleshooting and problem‑solving to provide a support system for users interacting with the supported applications
- Provides excellent customer service according to organizational customer service standards
- Assists with administering the Ryan White shared eligibility software and other related systems
- Ensures that Ryan White data quality and completeness are monitored
- Assists with ad hoc UWCA and ADPH projects and/or new processes
- Assists in the implementation of new software for Ryan White
- Assists with recurring and/or ad hoc software report requests
- Updates and maintains content on SharePoint sites for all Ryan White programs
- Assists with annual HPAL/DPAL open enrollment bulk import/export between systems
- Assists with annual HPAL/DPAL monthly QLE bulk import/export between systems
- Assist with recurring RWPB service imports and data validation
- Assists with research and evaluation of new software solutions as needed
- Assists with Ryan White Services Report (RSR) and all other state or federally required reporting
- Participates in Ryan White Provider eligibility reviews as needed for backup
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Ryan White Program preferred
- Working knowledge of database systems and software applications
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with training and user support preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working ConditionsServices are provided in the office and in the community. Occasional after‑hours/weekend work. Some travel required.
RequirementsMust meet and maintain eligibility requirements to be insured by UWCA’s insurance. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance commensurate with State law. Cell phone. Background checks to include criminal record, drug screen & TB testing.
