Join EY as a Senior Consultant in our Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice. Build and lead transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals.

• Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).
• Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.
• Contribute to product and program road‑mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of innovative solutions.
• Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.

• Strategic Transformation leadership – TMO/PMO oversight, Agile Program Management (SAFe, Scrum).
• Risk and resource management across work streams and levels.
• Experience in operating‑model design, governance model development, and change‑management transformation.
• Business‑case development, ideation, storytelling, advanced data modeling, and value realization.
• Budget ownership for projects exceeding $1M.
• Technology strategy and implementation (AI, LLM, RPA, ERP (SAP/Cloud)).
• Advanced knowledge of performance management, process improvement, portfolio strategy, cost optimization.
• Strong leadership presence, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork.
• Proactive problem‑solving, curiosity, and growth mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus).
• At least 2 years of client‑facing consulting experience in a professional services or management‑consulting firm.
• Exposure to business‑process documentation, solution architecture, product/portfolio management, and program delivery.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives (TMO/EPMO setup, change‑management, delivery methodologies).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and digital fluency.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel (estimated 60–80%).

• Degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• ERP or AI/Data‑Fabric implementation experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile credentials.
• Sector experience in TMT, Private Equity, Industrials & Energy, Media & Entertainment, Consumer & Health, Power & Utilities.
• Experience supporting pursuit efforts and RFP responses.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
