The SAP Analyst reports to the Director, Information Technology and will support SAP ECC 6.0 and its associated modules. The role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing configuration changes to streamline processes, and managing existing customizations while minimizing workflow disruptions. The SAP Analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to recommend system enhancements and lead optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Provide ongoing support for SAP version ECC 6.0, including modules such as FICO, GL, AA, SD, and others within a customized SAP environment.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline business processes through ERP configuration changes and minor updates without disrupting existing workflows. Act as the primary technical expert for assigned business units on SAP troubleshooting, report generation, and daily user support, working with both internal users and external partners.
• Understand and manage existing customizations while ensuring any updates or process improvements are aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to recommend system enhancements and business process improvements that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Lead efforts to optimize and stabilize the current SAP ECC 6.0 environment while creating the roadmap for future migration or improvement projects.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to end‑users to ensure the efficient use of the system and adherence to streamlined processes.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP ECC 6.0, including extensive experience with customizations and modules like FICO, SD, AA, CICO, MM, and SM.
• Understanding of financial principles, such as credits, debits, general ledgers, and sales tax.
• Knowledge of basis administration and proficiency in SAP Development Tools, including SAP Script and Smart Forms.
• Familiarity with hardware and software infrastructure, Microsoft development tools, and server technologies.
• Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution industry working standards as it relates to ERP systems.
• Two full life cycle SAP implementations.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Some physical requirements may include:
  Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, typing, reading, talking, and hearing.
• The ability to lift up to 10 pounds with or without assistance.
• The ability to successfully complete the pre‑employment process.
