We are seeking Senior Business Analysts with the ability to interpret business requirements captured from the Solution Architecture team.

We use an Agile development methodology, and our development team is primarily on-site in Birmingham, including our core leadership team.

This position is responsible for preparing documentation and designs for the senior development team's project initiatives. These documents will be used to complete the development of the Multi-Channel platform.

This role consolidates, analyzes, and interprets project-related information, supporting business partners in managing their business through the integration, development, and support of multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project documentation, writing complex test plans, supervising and performing tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems.

• Experience documenting technical specifications
• Knowledge of a CICS (Cobol) environment (no development required)
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Access
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Deliver accurate and efficient project documentation, understanding critical time management
• Strong organizational skills, including documentation of reporting logic and managing changes with appropriate approvals
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for all roles
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey technical and business concepts
• Proven experience in leading business process improvements and delivering value
• Use of discretion and judgment in duties
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and effectively
• Must be local to Birmingham, AL
• Minimal travel may be required
• Must be a US Citizen or GC, no visa sponsorship
