• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

• Action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects, with influence across sales and service offerings
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities
• Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of the solution
• Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Analytical thinking and decision-making based on policy understanding
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members
• Proven complex problem-solving and relationship management

• A Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP-based systems and experience with at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM
• Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules and organizational hierarchy definitions
• Defining Customer Business Partner master for FSCM views; strong knowledge of customer master management
• Setting up credit control parameters and checks; blocked sales order monitoring and processing
• Collection group and strategy definitions; experience with collection processes
• Dispute creation and management processes, dispute attributes, automatic write-off configuration
• Strong knowledge of AR
• Building and managing relationships
• Complex problem-solving and strong written/verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP Certification(s) such as
• C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications

• Prior industry experience in Accounting department
• A proactive approach to professional development
• The ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures
