Position Summary

As a Tier 3 System Administrator, you will be responsible for leading and executing the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced Microsoft, Server, and Storage solutions. Position Summary

As a Tier 3 System Administrator, you will be responsible for leading and executing the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced Microsoft, Server, and Storage solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to align IT infrastructure with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure strategies, supporting organizational growth, and fostering innovation.



Key Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and develop comprehensive documentation and best practices for advanced Windows Server configurations.
• Architect and implement Microsoft Exchange and Office
  365 environments with advanced configurations.
• Design and deploy advanced storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup strategies.
• Lead complex server migrations, installations, and decommissions.
• Support and manage hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premises and Azure cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to support multiple software applications and ensure effective system administration.
• Install and configure Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure-hosted servers.
• Provide expertise and strategic recommendations to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals.
• Communicate technical designs and objectives effectively to stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Offer multi-level support to technical, sales, and engineering teams to drive client satisfaction and business expansion.

Required

Skills And Abilities

• Advanced understanding of Microsoft technologies, server architecture, and storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure).
• Proficiency in advanced server setups, configurations, and virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in project management for IT infrastructure implementations.

Preferred Certifications

• Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent).
