Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Analyst to support a Human Resources team through reporting, analysis, and insights that drive informed people decisions. This role plays a key part in transforming HR data into actionable insights across talent, compensation, performance, engagement, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data while partnering closely with HR and business leaders.
Onsute: $45,000 - $60,000
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to headcount, turnover, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership and HR stakeholders
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, etc.)
- Identify trends and insights to support talent strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Assist with compensation, benefits, and benchmarking analyses
- Support compliance reporting and audits as needed
- Partner with HR team members on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a data-focused HR role (internship experience considered)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
