HR Manager
Oversee recruiting and HR operations for a large hourly workforce, focusing on recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
Base Pay Range$50,000 - $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruiting efforts for frontline and supervisory staff
- Conduct interviews
- Handle employee relations, HR operations, and compliance
- Support onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership to build and scale HR processes
- Prior HR or people operations experience required
- Experience with hourly, shift‑based, or service‑industry employees preferred
- Comfortable working onsite and in the field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
