Director of Hospitality - Private Service Industry

Exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic hospitality professional who would embrace the opportunity to transition into a private service role with a prominent family in Michigan. The responsibilities will include overseeing a household staff team and a very large estate and ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly at all times. The ideal candidate has a stable management background in a luxury/five star private estate, hotel, restaurant, resort, country club or event venue.

Personal traits must include a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and quickly change priorities. In addition, the Director of Hospitality role requires the need for extreme confidentiality and discretion along with a sincere passion for providing stellar service/guest satisfaction.
