• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for every visitor.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to enhance their stay.
• Address and resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Coordinate with the guest services team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor and manage room bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient reservation processes.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area, setting the tone for a positive guest experience from the start.

• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred.
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
