In this role, you will deliver outstanding guest service as part of our Housekeeping team, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they enter their room.

• Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by returning lost items and addressing guest needs.
• Prepare carts with supplies for efficient room cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, and linen refreshing.
• Report supply and equipment issues promptly.

• Lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull carts weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Extend arms, scrub, bend, and work in confined spaces.
• Clean a minimum of 13 rooms per day to meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
