Program Manager Ii

Overview

The Program Manager II will be an integral member of the International Medical Education Department and will play a key role in supporting and advancing the department's operational functions. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, independent judgment, and a collaborative approach to ensure efficient administrative processes and engagement.

• Administratively manage large or complex university program(s) or multiple programs.
• Provide input in the development of program plan and objectives and ensure achievements within defined parameters.
• Supervise small staff and perform long-range planning.
• Budgeting.
• Networking/public relations.
• Technical training and assistance.
• Grant and report writing.
• Handle regulatory responsibilities.
• Contract submissions and identify research funding.
• Handle event planning and oversight of construction projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Salary Range: $51,270 - $83,300
