Overview
The Program Manager II will be an integral member of the International Medical Education Department and will play a key role in supporting and advancing the department's operational functions. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, independent judgment, and a collaborative approach to ensure efficient administrative processes and engagement.
Responsibilities- Administratively manage large or complex university program(s) or multiple programs.
- Provide input in the development of program plan and objectives and ensure achievements within defined parameters.
- Supervise small staff and perform long-range planning.
- Budgeting.
- Networking/public relations.
- Technical training and assistance.
- Grant and report writing.
- Handle regulatory responsibilities.
- Contract submissions and identify research funding.
- Handle event planning and oversight of construction projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
CompensationSalary Range: $51,270 - $83,300
