- Assess diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide creative interventions.
- Maintain a caseload of 25‑35 weekly sessions.
- Submit accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teams, families, and other professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and mission‐driven initiatives.
- Fully licensed (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) close to obtaining full licensure.
- Experience with therapy services, community resources, and documentation.
- Proficient in building DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Preferred: credentials with insurance panels.
