Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position DescriptionThis position will provide support for the analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation of new systems, as well as provide maintenance and support for existing systems. This position will act as a direct liaison with user, technical support, training, and operations personnel. This position will provide technical and administrative support to the department, and assist more senior level team members with project and support activities.
Responsibilities range from hardware support and build to imaging informatics application maintenance and troubleshooting to QC for data integrity as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and three (3) years of technical experience. On-the-job experience should be supplemented with continuing education gained through technical seminars and/or training courses. 7 years of relevant clinical informatics or PACS administration experience may substitute for degree requirement. - Preferred:
Experience as a technical administrator for EMR, PACS, and dictation systems in a clinical setting. Experience with data reconciliation, applications testing, and end user training.
