Conflict Response Team Behavioral Health Technician - Center for Patient Flow - AM (710)
Position Overview
- Pay range: $15.00 - $19.50 / hour
- Shifts: full-time AM
- Schedules: 7 a.m.

To provide direct patient care and behavioral health support for patients across hospital units. To integrates clinical observation, therapeutic engagement, and crisis response to promote patient safety, de‑escalation, and recovery. The CRT Behavioral Tech works closely with nursing staff, CRT Companions, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure a safe, supportive environment for patients with behavioral health needs.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. CPR/BLS certification will be required within 30 days of employment. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric services, or patient care OR completion of an in‑house CRT/PCT training program required. Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) or Registered Behavioral Tech (RBT) preferred.
