Work Schedule:

Full Time:
Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Work Location:

Quality Division, Jefferson Towers.

General Responsibilities
  • Provide diverse, complex, and often confidential administrative and support services to an executive under minimal supervision.
  • Use independent judgment and initiative on sensitive assignments, including dealing with high-level contacts inside and outside the institution.
  • Conduct special assignments such as researching information, compiling reports, and supporting special projects and events as directed.
  • Apply knowledge of organizational policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of technical skill.
  • Act as office manager.
  • Monitor financial, budgetary, and personnel processes.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology may be preferred in some areas.
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
  • Training and certification in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies may be required in some areas.
