OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Birmingham, AL. The incoming chiropractor should be passionate about working closely with patients, creating long-term relationships, and providing high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player who enjoys collaborating on health and wellness goals. Our integrated office has proudly served the community for almost 10 years. With a Nurse Practitioner and chiropractors, we uncover the missing pieces for our patients health challenges and address issues beyond surface pain. Our modern practice uses advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint root causes and provide targeted treatments. We are proud of our reputation for providing individualized care and continuing to expand.
Duties- Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review digital X-rays; write reports
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre- and post-treatment care, lifestyle/nutrition modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment - Chiropractic Care: adjustments, Diversified Technique, full spine, extremities, soft tissue/PIR/PNF, therapeutics, rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Request testimonials and referrals
- Verify daily charges and POC conversions
- Collaborate with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care and decision making
- Regular reevaluations to ensure treatment goals are being met
- Maintenance of the clinic space and support of office operations
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in AL
- Mon–Friday with office hours ending at 2:00 PM on Fridays
- $80k-$90k + Bonuses (potential to exceed $100k)
- PTO/Vacation (10 days/year)
