Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
Work Location:
Psychiatry Clinic, Sparks Center
To conduct inpatient and outpatient clinical intakes and apply an evidence‑based standardized treatment intervention to patients diagnosed with somatic and functional disorders across the lifespan throughout UAB’s Health System.
Position RequirementsDoctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) or higher in clinical psychology or a related field. This position is intended to be one (1) year in length in order to satisfy the one (1) year work requirement to be fully licensed/certified as a Psychologist in the state of Alabama. Behavioral medicine experience preferred. Demonstrated history of work in integrated medical settings also preferred.
