• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with established policies and procedures of the facility.
• Perform initial and ongoing bio‑psychosocial assessments and develop a nursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan.
• Participate in treatment team conferences to assist in planning & revising goals, objectives and interventions appropriate to the age‑related and problem‑specific needs of each patient.
• Implement nursing plan of care for assigned patients and conduct and/or co‑lead group therapy sessions.
• Evaluate patient’s response to interventions, revise nursing plan of care as needed, and collaborate with the treatment team to adjust goals and interventions based on changes in patient status.

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Accepted through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Alabama Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire.

• Diploma from an accredited school or college of nursing with required professional licensure at time of hire.
