Job Summary:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, assisting with the administration of medications and providing compassionate care to our residents.

• Administer medications to residents as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications
• Assist with vital signs and record keeping
• Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs

• Current Certified Medication Aide certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience; training or experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
