• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs.
• Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities designed to enhance physical function and promote recovery, instructing patients on proper exercise techniques, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
• Ensure the proper application of various treatment modalities, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment parameters as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and techniques for managing pain and discomfort.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment interventions, document progress, and communicate regularly with the supervising physical therapist to provide updates and collaborate on treatment plan adjustments.

• Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
