• Pay range: $70.00 / hour
• Shifts: full-time and part-time AM, weekends AM

• Demonstrate proficiency commensurate with advanced technical skills under moderate supervision.
• Perform services such as advanced 3D imaging with valve evaluation, advanced procedures in the cath lab and stress procedures in addition to 2D, 3D, Doppler, myocardial mechanics and ultrasound‑enhancing agents.
• Provide technical assistance with research studies as required.
• Utilize independent judgment to perform real‑time and offline manipulation of echo cardiographic images.
• Assist physician as required.
• Act as a resource and preceptor.
• Support quality assurance initiatives.
• Operate diagnostic ultrasound and ancillary equipment proficiently.
• Thoroughly complete appropriate documentation.
• Provide echocardiography services at all locations and schedules as needed to meet patient care needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound training program preferred.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience required.
• Currently credentialed as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) OR currently credentialed as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• All candidates must successfully complete ultrasound scanning of the heart, subject to approval by the Echo Quality Panel, as part of the interview process.
