• Perform radiological procedures under the direction of a radiologist and provide quality images to physicians.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging and select exposure factors accurately.
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope of practice and regulations.
• Observe patients during procedures, report abnormal activity, and recommend protocol updates.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines to prevent unnecessary exposure.
• Ensure prompt submission of high‑quality images and documents to PACS.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report potential problems.
• Assist in keeping the department clean and orderly.
• May perform bone density scans using DEXA equipment, if applicable.

• BLS Provider obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bone Density Certification within 6 months of hire, if applicable.
• Cardiographic Tech credentialed from CCI or Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from ARRT or Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from ARRT or Medical Sonographer credentialed from ARDMS.
• Graduate of an accredited educational program in Radiologic Technology.

• Graduate of an accredited educational program in Radiologic Technology required.
