• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits underwriting experience
• Proven success in developing and maintaining relationships with business partners
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  
  High energy self-starter with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive competitive outcomes
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of technical underwriting processes and practices
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
