Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager

The Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager position offers the opportunity to lead a key function that directly impacts cash flow, customer relationships, and risk management.

This role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership in a dynamic production environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead the Credit and Collections team and promote operational excellence across daily activities.
  • Optimize cash collections and reduce credit risk through effective billing and portfolio management practices.
  • Establish and monitor Aging, Cash, and DSO targets and communicate deviations from forecast.
  • Prepare audit schedules, oversee bad debt reserves, and approve write‑offs in line with policy.
  • Conduct financial and credit analysis for new customers and high‑risk accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial credit and collections, with extensive leadership of finance teams.
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs such as DSO, productivity, and process cost targets.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to present complex data to executive audiences.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CCE certification or NACM membership preferred.
  • Experience managing a team of six or more associates.
