Our client is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support financial performance analysis, operational reporting, and strategic planning initiatives within a large, multi-entity healthcare organization. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data used for forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Analyze revenue trends, expense performance, cost drivers, and margin improvement opportunities.
• Develop recurring financial and operational performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Build financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate pricing, reimbursement trends, and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline workflows, and strengthen overall financial visibility.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present insights to leadership
• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel required; experience with data tools or ERP systems preferred
