Healthcare Accounting Manager

• Own and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and GAAP-compliant financial reporting

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

• Lead the transition from cash-basis to accrual accounting, strengthening reporting accuracy and transparency

• Design, enhance, and document internal controls and financial processes to support scalability

• Oversee payroll and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency

• Prepare and support executive and Board-level financial reporting packages

• Develop financial models and analytical tools to support expansion initiatives and capital investments

• Drive continuous improvement across accounting systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Deep knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance

• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and lead process improvement initiatives
