Financial Controller

• Oversee General Ledger and financial statement preparation
• Manage reconciliations and subsidiary ledgers
• Supervise AP, Accounting support staff, deductions, and payroll leadership
• Oversee payroll processing and billing controls
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation
• Monitor accounts receivable and bad debt reserves
• Support cash flow forecasting and borrowing base reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax filings (941s, W2s, 1099s)
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical ability
