• Lead monthly close and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Help transition from cash-basis to accrual accounting
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Oversee payroll and accounts payable functions
• Support Board reporting and growth initiatives
• Develop financial models to support expansion and capital investments
• Mentor and develop finance team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 4+ years of accounting experience, experience in healthcare is highly desired
• Strong GAAP and regulatory knowledge
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and drive improvement
