- Lead monthly close and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Help transition from cash-basis to accrual accounting
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
- Oversee payroll and accounts payable functions
- Support Board reporting and growth initiatives
- Develop financial models to support expansion and capital investments
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 4+ years of accounting experience, experience in healthcare is highly desired
- Strong GAAP and regulatory knowledge
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and drive improvement
